Accessibility
Last updated 30 August 2026
Offsite Camp, Inc. wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.
Our approach
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference standard and work toward it as an ongoing effort. We have not obtained a third-party audit or certification, and we do not claim that this site currently conforms to that standard in full. Accessibility is something we continue to work on rather than something we have finished.
Measures we have taken
In building this site we have, among other things:
- used semantic HTML structure — headings, landmarks and lists — so the page can be navigated by structure rather than by appearance;
- provided a "skip to content" link and support for keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator;
- chosen text and background colours intended to meet AA contrast ratios, and placed type over photographs on a darkening layer rather than directly on the image;
- written descriptive alternative text for images that carry information, and marked decorative images so assistive technology can skip them;
- labelled form fields, announced form errors, and sized controls to meet minimum target-size guidance; and
- honoured the operating-system "reduced motion" preference, which disables animation on this site, including the animated home page.
Known limitations
Some parts of this site may not yet be fully accessible to every user or with every combination of browser and assistive technology. The home page in particular is an unconventional scroll-driven layout; the same material is available in a standard layout on the studio and work pages. Content and services provided by third parties, and older material carried over from our previous website, may not meet the same standard.
Feedback, and how to get help
If you encounter a barrier on this site, or you need information from it in a different format, please contact us and tell us the page and what happened. We take this feedback seriously, aim to respond within five business days, and will work with you to provide the information you are looking for through an alternative means of communication.
